Grieving friends and family have paid emotional tribute after the shocking and sudden death of an “incredible” mum.
Jessica Chalmers, from Glasgow, Scotland, was hailed as an “amazing” and “beautiful” girl following her passing.
The cause of her death is not yet known, the Daily Record reports.
Leading online tributes was the father of the young woman’s child, after her sudden death left loved ones heartbroken.
He wrote in an emotional Facebook post: “In shock to even be writing these words.
“I don’t know how I could ever find a way to thank you for helping me making the most perfect creation in both our lives.
“We truly did make the best wee baba in the world and you will live on in her heart for the rest of her life.”
He added: “Sadly it was your time to go and we hope you’re in a better place now.
“You were the best wee mum we could have asked for.
“I will always remind our daughter everyday of how much you truly loved her, and I will never let your memory fade. She’ll always know who her mum is.”
Friends followed in paying tribute to the tragic mum. One posted: “I am totally heartbroken.
“Thanks for the most amazing nights out. I will miss you mega. I love you lots. RIP Jessica Chalmers.”
Another added: “Rest in peace, Jessica Chalmers. “You were such a beautiful girl inside and out. I hope you are at peace now.”
A third added: “Jessica Chalmers I hope you are at ease now.
“I wish you came to me to tell me your problems so I could try help you in anyway.
“You were such an amazing person. I’ll miss you.”
It’s believed Jessica was friends with Britney Mazzoncini. Britney, from the Pollok area of Glasgow, was found dead in her bedroom on July 7, 2016.
Her mum, Annette Mckenzie, also took to social media to pay tribute to Jessica and calling the situation “beyond heartbreaking”.
She wrote: “Another friend of Britney’s gone far too young.
“How much heartache can these young ones take?
“Another friend’s life sadly gone and a family torn apart.”
